June 10, 2023 - Light golden with a green tint. Medium- intense nose of lemon at first - later more towards lime, chalky minerality, some honey, oak, wet forrest.
Palate similar. Lemon & lime, chalky minerality, apricot, nuts, some bitter notes and a slightly buttery texture.
Medium body, medium acidity. -

April 14, 2023 - Très beau Bourgogne blanc, parfaitement à point ! Aux arômes citronnées, un peu confit, finement miellé et avec une jolie touche minérale,
La bouche est à la fois vive et enveloppante, grandement équilibrée, avec une longueur dépassant son rang. Franchement bien ficelé et un beau rapport Q/P à 29$ CAD
