Community Tasting Notes 3

December 5, 2020 - Paired perfectly with Halibut Olympia. For whatever reason, this bottle was much more of a “typical” Roussanne. It had the lovely oily texture my previous bottle lacked. Delicious honeysuckle and melon flavors. Nice acidity as well. Drink now - 2027.

September 4, 2020 - Tart, sour honeysuckle fruit with oil and melon flavors, excellent structure, short finish

August 9, 2020 - Lacking the oily viscosity of other Roussannes I've had, but still quite good. Golden yellow color. Honeysuckle, peach and a touch of melon. Drink now - 2027.
