August 10, 2021 - Tasted in a group with Xavier94 (I defer to his descriptors).

August 10, 2021 - Dark color and profile (retouching?) A mocha/fudge like aromas comes through with coffee, latte cream, Worcestershire sauce, antique furniture and mint come through and convey a rich, ample impression in the mouth. None of the high-toned delicacy of the ‘78 Faiveley NSG Clos des Marachelle and in fact, a bit somber with coffee and chocolate dominating. I rather liked this and would like to try another bottle at some point.

November 30, 2019 - PR 1969 Extravaganza: Smoky, cherry, red berries and light herbs. Still shows some sweet fruit, with richness and palate presences. Very nice length, what a surprisingly good showing.

June 28, 2019 - Musique & Vin Paulée Musicale BYO Dinner (Château de Meursault): David was right. There are few good things that came from 1969. Madeirized.
