October 19, 2021 - Alc. 13.1%, TA 6.5g/L, RS 1.2%. PNP into ISO tasting glass ("Leaf" day): Medium lemon with greenish tints, more 'tears' than the other 2 Rieslings tasting alongside.
Stone fruits like apricots that is slightly cooked, honey, petrol, aged notes like black tea leaves and mushrooms, a little reductive too?
Medium minus acidity that is making this wine a little flabby. Full bodied, some sweetness. Not the most balanced at this point and I feel like this has past its prime. Some bitter notes towards finish.
