August 23, 2022 - Smells like gooseberry and Rubber, tastes of Alkohol and Rubber with some fruity flavours. Interesting but not great.

April 18, 2021 - One of the better Torrontes I have had recently. Crisp, hints of grapefruit and lime. Clean citrus finish.

October 3, 2020 - I heard the wine was tasty and an excellent pairing with the Peruvian chicken with green cilantro / jalapeno sauce, with the slight sweetness offsetting the spice in the food.
Alas, I missed the dinner but I will get another bottle to try with the leftovers. -

August 17, 2020 - As with many I have not drunk many Torrontes wines through lack of availability, but this was a step up from those I have drunk, pale straw colour, quite herby and a bit of talc on the nose and a citrus undertone, in the mouth soft grapefruit and some sweetness of melon with enough acidity to compensate, the sweetness as with PG is not everyone's taste but it was a refreshing drink and I would buy again simply for the change.

April 30, 2020 - April Blind Tasting with Master of Wine Lindsay Pomeroy; 4/8/2020-4/30/2020 (Temecula, CA): Tasted double blind with MW Lindsay Pomeroy. Incorrectly identified as a Riesling, Australia due to marked higher acidity.
Medium lemon-green; Medium+ to pronounced intense aromatics of floral (honeysuckle and jasmine), stone fruits (apricot and nectarine), some tropical/melon fruit, perfume, and salty minerality. Medium-body, medium+ acidity, high alcohol, and intense flavors of stone fruit, ripe melon, floral, and soap. Tart with an astringent bitterness to the finish. Good quality. Not my favorite grape.
My original guess was Torrontes. The acidity was elevated which had me second-guessing myself. Trust your gut and the preponderance of evidence rather than one singular characteristic.
Markers for Torrontes - Stone and Tropical fruit, floral, perfume, intense aromatics, high alcohol, medium body, medium acidity, bitterness/astringency
