April 5, 2008 - Not bad, opened up well, lots of sediment

December 2, 2007 - Heavy licorice, anise (which I don't care for). This does calm down and open up quite a bit with air time. Consider decanting. Overall good qpr, but not exactly my favorite.

June 28, 2007 - Excellent with BBQ rib eye roast with spicy papricka, garlic, chilli powder, olive oil rub.

June 5, 2007 - Very different wine...but in a good way. This almost has the nose of a Pinot...with strawberries, rasberries, and oak leaping out of the glass. I little spice and vanilla in the nose as well. These scents continue in the palate and finish very nicely. Lots of brown toast everywhere. I really like this wine and the QPR can't be beat.
