November 5, 2023 - Medium+ dark golden. Medium + intense nose of apricot, peach, ripe pear, mango, some spices, some orange zest.
On the palate similar. Oily texture, but has the acidity to keep it fresh, while also slightly oppulent in style. Good intensity, persistence and medium+ long aftertaste.
I tried this wine and vintage in 20, 21 and now 23. It must have been in the tunnel in 21 as it was more closed compared to 20 & 23. But now this wine is shining! Totally delicious!

August 6, 2022 - Light golden yellow. On the nose apricot, peach, ripe pear, mango, some spices, some orange zest.
On the palate similar to the nose. Somewhat oily texture, has both freshness and acidity.
100% Roussanne. Good persistence and medium long aftertaste. -

January 2, 2022 - Pale gold color
Mid+ strength on nose.
:: grapefruit, lemon, acacia, jasmin herb, apricot, almond, nuts, wet stone, yellow flower perfume
On mouth::
Dry, mid acidity, high alcohol, heavy body, mid+ finish, mid+ complexity
Less freshness on mouth, more buttery, creamy, melon, little bit of honey
Very good quality.
Not want to keep aging older, but it shows honey-like flavor if getting older. -

December 6, 2020 - Clear light gold. Very lactic, white flowers and pear. Rich pear and spice flavours with a hint of milky oxidation. Dry rich finish.

Don’t be like me. Wait a couple of years for this to calm down.
