August 4, 2022 - Refreshing, crisp and steely Alsatian Riesling with racy acidity and bitterish mineral finish. Medium golden colour.
Aroma feels bit too unctuous for this grape with notes of peaches, honey, yellow ripe apples, wild flowers, lemon peel and petrol hints. Palate is soft and mineral with well expressed fruitiness though not as evolved as aroma. Tangy bright and crisp acidity dominates mid palate leading to lengthy, fruity and mineral finish with bitter and racy touches. -
