March 16, 2024 - Nice nose with lemon, a bit of butter, stone fruit, minerals, and a slightly metallic note. Good acidity with more citrus, cream, apple, peach, and minerals on the palate. Quite long on the finish. This was a nice wine, but also surprisingly rich and big. It has enough acidity and citrus notes to give it lift, though.

November 24, 2021 - Roulot's 2014 Tessons Clos de Mon Plaisir is roarin' right out of the gate with a beautiful nose of lime blossom, white peach, toasted hazelnut, and just a whisper of matchstick reduction. Densely concentrated on the palate with white fruit and minerals flavors that offer excellent persistence. Plenty of dry extract. Lovely and in this world for the long haul.

September 18, 2021 - Brad's Belated Big 6-0 Birthday Celebration (Brad & Marcia's Place, St. Paul, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 45 minutes. Wow, brilliant, oozes fresh air and ocean breezes and salinity, dry stone minerality and notes of gunflint and anise. The palate delivers with purity and precision, pristine citrus, wonderful balance, freshness, minerality and salinity. This just reverberates across the senses. Masterful.

November 2, 2019 - Transparent og lys nese. Utrolig presis og ren frukt, søt tyggegummi-aktig, røyk, grønne og gule epler. Hvit, elegant frukt i munn. Grønne epler, hvite pærer. Stram hvit frukt i munn med en sødmefull kjerne, høy og laserskarp syre. Nydelig kons og lengde.
