It didn't really budge over two days and was built like Bordeaux vs. Napa. I'm still speculating there maybe storage related issues on my six pack of 375's as wine stains the cork except for at the very top. Hmm...

February 10, 2024 - Upon the first opening, the nose and taste was outstanding; and the tannins were much alive. After an hour decant, the big dark fruits were prominent, laid back, and was not too sweet. It paired well with a med-rare cooked filet mignon with pan seared mushrooms! It has decades of aging power, and glad I have 5 more!
