April 6, 2024 - Red fruits, leather and Cab Franc on the nose.

January 27, 2024 - Blackberry, reed, and spice aromas. A little lean on the palate with black fruit flavor mostly and a bit of green bell pepper. Spice notes as well, and those are emphasized on the finish. Lighter bodied than I was expecting.
