March 1, 2022 - Pop and pour. On the counter unrefrigerated overnight. Notes from 24 hrs open. Another stunning showing. On the nose: bright cherry, sauvage herbs, some muddled mint, fantastic complexity. On the palate: fantastic acidity, cranberry, pomegranate, slathered in crushed rock minerality. Light bodied and the soft, slightly rustic and chalky tannin on the finish. Yum.

December 19, 2020 - Sauvage, herbaceous and startlingly bright acidity. Very fine balance and delicious underripe berries on the palate

July 20, 2020 - Pop and pour. Lovely nose with sauvage herbs, a soft touch of earthy funk, bright, sweet, wild strawberry, a touch of watermelon. On the palate, fantastic acidity, with a citrus zing, loads of wet stone, bitter herbs, a touch of charcoal, red fruit, and a soft finish.
