Community Tasting Notes 1

January 3, 2020 - Firmly in the sticky basket, this is a lovely dark umber colour, and has strong notes of caramelised pears. It's got some nice tartness, by way of tropical fruits, to balance out the sweetness. Mouth feel is definitely viscous, finish is medium length. Fairly typical of this style.
