October 28, 2022 - Decanted 1 hour before going back into the bottle and opened for dinner at my son's prior to the 1st WS game......go Phillies!
Enjoyed with grilled sirloin and other fixins'...intense, quality, dark berry fruit with a great classic cab nose to start. Probably a 94+. Drank very well for about another 90 min then turned a tad coarser, the nose muted some and the fruit backed off a bit. Just a phase I'm sure. 91-92 at that point so I'm averaging it out to a 93 tonight. Plenty of time left for this one, so no hurry if you're holding, more integration yet to come!2 people found this helpful Comment -
