July 6, 2019 - Shows a maturity I was hoping for when I got this on the secondary market. But the chalky minerality is still quite present and bright citrus is very nice on the finish. Therefore I get the aging windows folks put for these. I find them lovely at 5-7 years also so this is the first somewhat mature bottle I've had. I will try harder to hold some from now on.

November 24, 2018 - Very delicate and refine. Still have a long way to go. Delicious.

October 18, 2017 - A wonderful Sauvignon Blanc. More than 10 years old and showing beautifully. Hazelnut, melon mmmm.

February 24, 2017 - Rich and savory. Thick with ripe pear, lees, and minerals. Tastes slightly over-the-hill to me; I would have preferred more acidic verve. But there's plenty of profundity here.
