April 14, 2023 - The last vintage of this wine which I enjoyed was the 2012. Poured into a chilling carafe for aeration; reflects a clear, medium gold color, indicating some oak treatment. At 5-1/2 years, this is definitely showing some nuance and evolving complexity. Not yet mature, but displays developing aromas and flavors: perfumed yellow floral bouquet, fresh cut lemons and limes, ripe yellow pears, light butterscotch, and pungent pumpkin spice, with some salty minerals lingering in the background. Balanced mouthfeel with fruits, acidity and oak being well integrated. This appears to undergone only partial malolactic fermentation as the lingering acidity really enhances the long finish. Excellent. Drink now through 2027.

June 4, 2020 - Citrus and vanilla mostly. Tangy on the finish with medium plus acidity. Excellent.
