August 9, 2009 - At Gravetye Manor: basic chablis, like NV champagne, nearly always tastes better in a restaurant than at home for some reason. This was superb for what it was, having a mineral edge and deep gunflinty fruit - not concentrated, but serious and expensive tasting

April 10, 2009 - A wonderfully balanced and controlled chard. Cut through a spicy fish dish without overbearing acidity. Fruity character, but a clean nose and finish. Smooth body.

December 15, 2008 - Beautiful approach, silky smooth. A very refined, delicate wine. Good acid and I agree with other notes that say it has a bit of fruit.
