Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Jonezky Likes this wine: 88 points

May 17, 2020 - Fairly rich nose gives black currant, artificial cherry, tobacco and clear meatiness.

On the palate the wine is medium to full bodied with good amount of acid and tannin. Black currant, unripe plum, salted liquorice. Beef stew flavours, tomato purée, shy rosemary and black pepper as well as dry tobacco and bitter chokolate powder.

Aftertaste gives black currant, herbal and peppery flavours.

Nice wine. Pleasant and robust and lot’s of flavour.
