Community Tasting Notes 3

July 25, 2021 - Second and last bottle. Light and delicate with stone fruit and flowery pineapple notes. Would not match well with food, but is an awesome pre-dinner cocktail, stunningly great taste. Some might be turned off by the creaminess/butterscotch but when you consider what the winemaker was trying to accomplish, a solid 90.

January 12, 2021 - Light touch of butterscotch and sweet pineapple, light floral notes. It isn't robust enough to match with food, but the summer quaffer of your dreams. Try to resist the urge to guzzle and instead sip slowly and enjoy! Drink now.
If it had a little more heft to it, it would rate well into the mid-90's.

December 24, 2020 - Deep dark golden color. Heavy oak - butterscotch - and flowers. Cocktail wine vs a food wine. Loved It.
