August 11, 2023 - This was great… but only on day 2 and after some shaking to get rid of the fizz… on day 1 his was flat and uninspiring

August 10, 2020 - JJ Prum - 2018 range tasting: Very expressive and open on the nose - mango, peach, berry fruits and nectarine. Palate has a sense of ripeness but finds balance well with the acid folded into the fruit sweetness really nicely. A quite easy to like and drink wine. Medium length with good upside as it sheds its youth and adds some complexity.

June 19, 2020 - Pale to medium straw, lime, coconut, Green apple, quite light, low acidity and low sweetness, not surprisingly given the 10% alc., probably not as much ageing potential as others... and much better on day 2...

June 7, 2020 - Floral nose with honeysuckle. A fair amount of residual sugar, honeyed, lychees, low acid. Still too young but a tad flabby for my palate. I prefer the juxtapostion of sweetness with acid....
