May 4, 2021 - Crisp and fresh. Recommended. Good value at $18. Clear, straw in the glass.

Medium intensity aromas open slightly vegetal and evolve to orchard fruit with notes of white peach, apple and ginger.

Pronounced and persistent acidity. Alcohol is hot.

Flavours of tart Macintosh apple, pear, stone and honey.
