July 25, 2021 - Riesling tasting - from half bottle
Medium gold color
Medium plus aromas of apricot/ ripe peach and pineapple
Moderate RS - really not as sweet as expected - great acidity to balance, as expected
Palate echoes the aromas, along with a touch of petrol
Very nice and well balanced - nice wine to end the tasting
Will obviously age nicely
I agree with previous review, that at this stage in the development or lack thereof, there is no wow factor -

June 15, 2021 - Smooth, mildly sweet. Very soft throughout. No particularly standout qualities, but quite satisfied.
