October 1, 2019 - A trip to South Africa's Coastal Region with Reni, Rainer and Bert. Day 4, Cederberg Mountains. Private Saronsberg tasting at Stadsaal Cave, a stunningly beautiful place!

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc. Citrus, apple, gooseberry, fresh herbs and an ice bonbon note, with high acidity and average length. Highly acidic and a little bitter. Very young; disjointed at this young age, needs time. That said, I don’t think it will ever get as good as the 2018.
