Community Tasting Notes 2

October 25, 2009 - Excellent wine. Opulent, has begun to show tertiary aromas but still going strong. In the beggining it was like a good bordeaux entering its plateau of maturity, exhibiting aromas of dark fruit, cedar and herbs. After some time some time plum jam aromas were more dominant. In the mouth it was sweet intense and velvety, medium to full body and persistent aftertaste. Magnificent wine to pair with grilled meats with strong sauces such as garlic.

June 30, 2007 - Excellent. Full and firn. Tannins just about right. Definite a repurchase.
