January 14, 2024 - Bright, transparent red. Lots of raspberries on the nose. Femine and light to the palate, but this is quickly followed by a serious density, subtle and gentle tannins and a long lasting taste. Talk about an iron fist in a velvet glove. Lovely!

October 12, 2023 - Just stunning - perfectly balanced with pinging cherry fruit, baking spice, and a beautifully woven tapestry of secondary and teritiary characteristics. Feels very much like New World Chambertin.

December 23, 2022 - Moderately light red colour. Bouquet is red fruit mixed with forest and earth. Flavours start with light strawberry and cherry, then turns to floral notes, and then finishes with some earthiness and licorice. Lots of different flavour profiles in this one. Body is light but doesn’t result in any sacrifice of complexity. Can’t wait to try my second bottle in a few years.
