July 25, 2021 - This has improved with age. Slightly yeasty, deliciously dry. This has finally reached a level of maturity that justifies the price. This can age nicely for another 5 years, or more.

June 19, 2020 - Nice clean, fresh nose with lemongrass notes along with a sweet nectar, like honeysuckle. Very lifted and subtle, flavors of marzipan and nasturtium. Very nice but level sugar balance, not too biting. Very much enjoyed.

December 14, 2019 - Light appl and melon, some bread. Fairly dry with fine, light bubbles. Nicely balanced medium acidity. Nice, but pricey.
