August 23, 2021 - Delicious. Aromatic, floral, dry, ABV 13.8%. Low-moderate acidity, soft mouth feel, good structure. This was an outstanding pairing with a chicken-asparagus/orange-apricot glaze sheet pan dinner with baked sweet potato. I wanted more. A great dinner wine.
