February 5, 2022 - Luscious and rich on the palate; slightly less so on the nose. The flavors are well integrated. A well made wine during a lesser year.

April 12, 2021 - Vintage Club - Colgin Cellars Tasting (Praelum Wine Bistro): Deep purple, very viscous, and significant stain. Pronounced nose, mainly led by overripe cassis and cut grass, coffee, dark chocolate, and liquorice. Full bodied, powerful crunchy tannins, mouthwatering acids, and lots of heat, with intense flavours of ripe energetic cassis fruits, pepper, fresh cut grass, liquorice, coffee. Long finish, with medium complexity. Definitely needs some more bottle age, but one that has a lot of potential to become spectacular
