November 16, 2022 - Part of a tasting menu, this matched perfectly with shellfish. The palate is dominated with citrus fruits and with a lingering note of lychee.

July 28, 2022 - Very aromatic, floral and grassy. Some wet stone and tomato stem,( pecorino brûlées tomato’s?), nectarine, grapefruit tart acidity , somewhat flat and broad mid palate but awesome aromatically
Lychee, lemon, floral, lime, very aromatic.
Good acidty, medium smooth creamy body… -

Good aromatics, but a little harsh on the palate, a good palate cleanser with food most likely.
