January 15, 2021 - Pop and pour, this is quite bracing, but open for an hour, it knitted together into a lovely, harmonious whole. Nose of flowers and crushed stones. Rich with medium thickness in the mid palate and a long appealingly tart finish of pineapple and apricots. Should improve for at least 5 years.

May 3, 2020 - Another excellent white from Bedrock. Nice acidity contrasted with the body from barrel-aging. Tropical fruits balanced out the richness of our homemade schnitzel and spaetzle perfectly.

April 2, 2020 - A bit bigger. Richer but still that grass cutter. Worked really well tonight. Cut the richness of the meal. Good sipper. Happy meal BBC with this
