Community Tasting Notes 1

April 10, 2011 - Beautiful nose of floral, dark red fruit, tobacco, mint and herbal notes, with hints of red meat. In the mouth this show plenty of tannin, plenty of oak, red fruit, tobacco, vanilla, and herbal notes. Definitely needs more time on it's side or a longer decant before it is ready for prime time, but the nose alone is worth the price of admission. Yum!
