October 29, 2022 - medium lemon colour; fast rare bubbles; shiny, very good. nose: ripe apples, quince, pizza dough, grapes, yoghurt, fermented pears; very good intensity; robust. excellent. taste: high acidity; bread crust, beer, still very fruity - apples, quince, lemon, grapefruits, pomelo; light, elegant mousse; long finish with tobacco notes. Excellent. drink now or you can easily wait 3-5 years.

August 8, 2020 - This really is my type of champagne. Apples, citrus, bread and a small amount of yeast. Taste offers freshness and medium acidity, no bitterness, small amount of ageing which i love and a nice finish wich makes you want to take the next zip immediately. I bought two of this bit fortunately there is 5 left in the local store here, i will go for them on monday!
