September 25, 2022 - Burgandy with a hint of burnt sienna in color. Nose of earth, strawberry jam, & berries. First impressions pepper, spice, earth, & berries. Very full bodied for a Pinot. Long finish. Very unique flavor profile compared to typical pinot noirs.

June 3, 2021 - Nose of earth, pepper, & dark cherry. First impressions were definitely black pepper, mushrooms, & a touch of blackberry. Totally unique Pinot Noir like no other I’ve tasted. Quite a long finish. Very enjoyable!

January 8, 2020 - Light styled with strawberry, cherry, and earth. Really interesting spicy notes with oriental and baking spice.
