May 16, 2022 - Loving this Champagne. Explosion of flavor with bright citric acidity, mousse arises with time in glass, long finish. As much as I enjoyed it, t'was a bit 'overbearing' to the wife's palate. Awesome QPR IMHO. Going to take mucho self-control to limit consumption to 2 per year 'til the case is gone. Maybe 3....?
