  March 22, 2024 - Stéphane Tissot is clearly one of the best winemakers in the Jura. This wine is made from a rare pink mutation of the Chardonnay and this is clearly noticeable: a beautiful golden color with a pinkish hue, almost like a very light-colored rose and a Pinot Noir-like character on the nose and the palate. This wine is full with considerable length and a stunning freshness. This is Chardonnay as I have never experienced before. Although not given away (approx. 31,00€ at the domain in 2021) this has an high QPR, certainly compared to the ridiculously high prices asked for certain white Burgundy wines.

  January 12, 2024 - Off the beaten track: Very floral on the nose, only slightly oxidative with hints of ripe bananas, but lovely fragranced. Wonderful palate, flavorful, full-bodied, creamy texture, very long and savory on the finish. This will develop into something really special I think down the road. 17.5+/20

  Truly classic stuff, with that typical savory aspect that I get in his wines, along with the quinine note on the nose. Delicious, in a word.
