September 15, 2021 - Pretty light in color almost the color of pinot. Quite a lot of legs. A nutty cheese flavor. A dark berry medley taste. A little bitter and modest in body, has a rough sketch of something more. Took a while to open up and initially presented like a ketchup on steak combination. Not bad but wouldn’t get again.

September 4, 2020 - Color - Garnet
Nose - Dark berries, Raspberries, Plum
Palate - Not real big and a bit flat, needs a bit more acid. Long finish that develops some Blackberry and a slightly bitter residual taste on the tongue
