February 13, 2021 - Fruitier than the Chilean and Bordeaux samples we had in a Zoom class on Cabernet Sauvignon. Red currant and raspberry on the nose, with some earthy background notes. Medium acid, medium tannin, and on the softer side. This was a decent food wine, but it didn't seem to have held up well in the fridge (despite being Coravined) when we finished the bottle later that week, so we won't say more about the quality.
