February 11, 2014 - This was a very nice dessert wine. It was light, but had enough acidity on the finish to make it interesting and an excellent pairing with cheese. The wine is in a good spot and could go for a while longer in the cellar, but why bother? I don't think it is going to improve with age. Drink up.
