July 13, 2020 - Drunk over the course of 3 weeks. Amazingly stable. Improved till it was finished! A bit young, this will be much better in about 10 years. Limes, stone fruit, and honey. Well balanced acidity. Long finish.

November 27, 2019 - A High Table dinner (Restaurant Café Caron, Amsterdam, NL): Solid, complete, fruit and freshness, minerality and gentle bitters, nice weight, creamy texture, lightly honeyed, apple, citrus, not very expressive or typical for the variety, good length.
