April 30, 2024 - Revisited 20 months on.
Still ruby with residual earthy nose.
Some primary fruit still apparent, damsons to the fore.
Also some earth & caramel.
I think that this will be ok until 2030. -

March 2, 2024 - Excellent on this Duck & 18month Comté Parmentier for a family dinner.
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is medium/full. -

October 16, 2022 - Enjoyed this but was also hoping for a bit more; seems a tad off balance or in awkward phase; maybe should have waited longer, or maybe my expectations too high here (have memories of really enjoying previous vintage more than this one).
