December 1, 2023 - Subtle nose of some mineral notes. Medium bodied, very dry, crisp and refreshing, showing subtle citrus, some white fruits and discreet saline mineral notes with firm acidity. Overall tight and poised; very good.

September 27, 2022 - Robe jaune paille d'intensité moyennement pâle.
Nez ouvert d'intensité moyenne partagé entre les agrumes, fruits blanc, jaunes et même tropicaux, rien de lourd ou d'exubérant ici, tout est à sa place avec une légère pointe de gousse de vanille qui enrobe le tout.
La bouche fraiche est surtout sur un profil extrêmement salin qui me plait beaucoup mais que certaints pourraient juger déséquilibrer.
Cette bouteille est un très grand vin blanc Espagnol, je n'aurais jamais pu partir sur ce cépage Albarino à l'aveugle (ne le connaissant que sur la jeunesse) et il n'y avait aucune trace d'évolution ou notes tertiaires à ce stade.
