September 2, 2023 - The acid is immediate and strong with noticeable tannins on the finish. Fresh and pleasant with sour cherry.

Am Gaumen neben Kirsche auch etwas Pflaume, dazu sehr gute Säurestruktur, etwas rohes Fleisch, ganz leicht schokoladig-likörig. Dabei allerdings nicht übermäßig tief oder komplex, tatsächlich fast etwas dünn.
Mittlere Länge, auch hier noch einmal deutlich warm.
