July 5, 2020 - Pech Merle Wine (pronounced Pesh-Mael) 2018 Ivy Rosé de Carignan: Fresh, bright throughout, & fruity with a savory edge, this refreshing rosé possesses aromas and flavors of ripe red berries wrapped in a citrusy acidity, finishing with subtle yet unmistakable herbal notes. Very enjoyable, and I agree with the owners: the name may be hard to say, but the wine is easy to drink. Check them out at pechmerlewinery.com.
