  June 4, 2022 - Really hitting its stride! Deep off-ruby, trending towards garnet in colour, with no perceivable sediment or cloudyness.
  On the nose, its got blueberry, cassis, a hint of strawberry pipe tobacco and a slight sourness - like sweetened Kefir.
  On the palate, lighter than expected, but still well-rounded and long. The alcohol is imperceptible and the tannins are silky smooth. The aftertaste lasts for almost two minutes, and is fresh all the way to the end.
