December 22, 2018 - Seemed fully mature. Popped to go with a. Extraordinarily tasty foie gras terrice from Cafe Campagne here in Seattle. Deep amber color, a bit of v.o. at first. This blew off and the apricot and a whiff of caramel showed their verve. The foil to serve with the rich liver. Drink now of thru 2030.
