Community Tasting Notes 1

November 3, 2020 - Medium to full body, bright golden color. Intense bone fruits aroma with honey and herbal notes. Ripe apricots, peaches and nuts palate, soft and oily finish. Creamy structure and gentle acidity, complex enough but slightly alcoholic and loses balance. Meanwhile food friendly, best match is shrimps or crabs. Serve 10ºC - 14ºC. Open half hour ahead. Drink now.
