November 21, 2019 - Rex Hill 2016 Jacob-Hart Estate Vineyard Chardonnay, Chehalem Mountain. Sharp, mid-straw gold; clean Chardonnay nose; pear; oak; tight acid; crisp, with some buttery characteristics. 16 to 16.5 UC Davis scale, 90-91 other scales.

September 3, 2019 - OR/WA Sept 2019; 9/3/2019-9/7/2019: acid is significant, not lots of oak, generally more mineral than oak, as a softened/muted fruit presence than oak would provide. pairs great with watermelon and basil.
