    March 4, 2022 - Needs about 30-40min of air to really show its full potential. As others have said this shows the best of Chardonnay styles with some MLF evident but not a full on butter bomb by a long shot. The acidity and crisp mouthfeel are still evident.

    January 21, 2021 - Balanced between restrained malolactic and good acidity/grip, worked well with grilled lobster. Showing well now, can hold for 2-3 more years.
