May 20, 2021 - Has a really good smokey smell. Good color of dark red. Tastes of cherry and oak. Right amount of tanines. Peppery finish. We really enjoyed this wine and would recommend it

January 23, 2020 - Initially tobacco, cheese and cured meat, then strong, jammy, concentrated red berries followed by an extremely long piercing and spicy finish. The spicy finish seems to lessen as you get deeper into the bottle and it becomes sweeter and sweeter. I like this, but ultimately a bit too much sugar and not enough tannins for me.
