Community Tasting Notes 5

April 6, 2014 - Drinkable, but notes of boiled vegetables and rubber. Spoiled by sulfur?

April 17, 2011 - Mature - some honey and wax on the palate, rich in the style, nice.

June 20, 2009 - Wonderful, glad I have more. First some sufphur that blew off. Solid minerality, butter, and, after some time, citrus, on the nose. Fat mouth feel, good acidity and a touch of oak in the finish, but not in a negative way.

May 25, 2008 - Darker and more advanced than the 2000 Fourchaume, and not bad but not in the same league. Becomes both creamier and more minerally with air.
